Chelsea, London Hotel

I'll be traveling to London for business and I need to find a 4 or 5 star hotel in the Chelsea area to make my base for the trip. I am a bit picky about hotels, so this will be a list of only my favorites!

This little boutique hotel offers amazing service, including complimentary chocolates, biscuits and bottled water upon arrival. The hotel also offers free wireless internet along with many other great amenities. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms are warm and inviting, easily the type of place I could call home for a week or two!

This hotel boasts one of the best health club's of any hotel in London, offering an indoor heated pool set in a tropical garden, with views of the entire city. The hotel is also amazing with lots of extras and great business amenities.

The historic Rembrandt is a shoe in for my list with everything I want in a hotel: restaurant, spa, fitness club, and great location. I love that it is so close to the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Natural History Museum. I am also crazy about a great pool, and the pool at the Rembrandt does not disappoint! This hotel is going to find a spot near the top of my list.

The Draycot is great for personalized service and amazing accomodations. This hotel takes up three red-brick houses on a residential street between Chelsea and Knightsbridge. The five star accommodations are unrivaled. Each of the rooms is themed after famous personalities and have fireplaces, minibars, and private baths. The hotel also boasts an amazingly beautiful and serene back yard, the perfect home away from home.

I love this little boutique hotel for it's great location, close to museums, shops, and restaurants. They also have this great little lounge, the Morris room, that' great for relaxing and kicking back. They also offer internet access in the rooms and business amenities.

This is another great hotel for business. They have an amazing business centre and they have internet available in all the rooms. I also LOVE the fact that hey have in-room spa treatments and massages available, along with 24 hour room service!

Though the Millennium doesn't have all the amenities of some of the other hotels on this list, their business amenities far surpass many of it's competitors. They have secretary rental available, a full service business centre, broadband access, and even mobile phone hire. The location is great, the rooms are luxurious, and the dining choices are great. The business focus of the hotel makes it a great choice for a business trip.

Myhotel is on the list because it doesn't have the feeling of a typical hotel. The design has influences of feng-shui and offers a modern, chic feel... more like a home than a hotel. It also has great amenities, a great location, and an amazing bar that is a popular nightspot.

Another amazing five star property, I love the Wyndham because the rooms are luxurious and warm. It makes me feel more at home compared to other more modern, stark white hotels. I like the warm tones. I also love the indoor pool, spa, and on-site restaurant. This was remodeled just a few years ago and it is a really wonderful property.

Okay... can you say luxury? Very tempting, though a bit pricey. I love that there is a spa, Michelin restaurant, and an amazing pool all in one place. Coupled with the great location in Knightsbridge, and luxurious rooms, I am sure this is worth the price and would be an amazing place to conduct business... and a little pleasure on the side!
